How We Got Here
My name is Dr. Willie Johnson(far left) I am a 60 year old pastor and runner that has been blessed with the opportunity to share my revelations with the world. My story began in April 2018, when I was training for track/field with the Chicago State track team. The coach noticed the pockets of inflammation that had built up in my left leg and we freaked out. The next day my right knee popped and my leg and foot swole up badly. At the time, I was drinking pre, during, post and overnight protein drinks with creatine, vitargo carbs, and 18-20 bottles of gatorade a week. I did not realize how much sugar i was consuming. My situation became even more critical when I developed arthritis in my knees, fingers and lower back.

After much prayer and fasting, I had a very peculiar dream about how to flush the sugar from my body. In the dream, God gave me 7 simple but life changing ingredients.
